An Estates Project Manager is needed to join one of Britain’s most prestigious private members clubs on a permanent basis. You can expect to lead exciting Estates projects that shape the club for the future.
Situated in 42 acres of landscaped grounds adjacent to the River Thames in Fulham, the Club is recognised as one of the worlds finest private member clubs. Since its opening in 1869, the Clubs croquet and tennis lawns, botanical gardens and stately Georgian Clubhouse have made it a sought-after destination for exclusive sporting and social activities.
As the Estates Project Manager, you will lead diverse capital expenditure (Capex) projects at the Clubhouse and its grounds, maintaining and enhancing the environment. Manage projects spanning the modernisation of internal spaces, infrastructure improvements, civil engineering initiatives, and optimisation of mechanical and electrical systems. You will oversee grounds development, ensuring usability, aesthetics, and ecological harmony in the conservation zone, listed buildings, riverbank foreshore, and lakes.
In this hands-on position, you will be proficient in overseeing every phase of the project lifecycle, covering initial planning, budget control, procurement, and successful execution. Success will depend on your ability to excel in a collaborative environment, building strong connections with internal stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
To qualify… You should be an Estates Project Manager / Infrastructure Project Manager / Facilities Project Manager / Construction & Property Manager or similar with a CV that can demonstrate:
A proven track record in successfully managing a diverse range of capital expenditure projects, preferably in the real estate or facilities management sector.
Experience overseeing projects from initial planning to completion, including budget control, procurement, and delivery.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Experience working in a collaborative environment and fostering teamwork.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
