We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estate Service Manager.
This is a hybrid role requiring travel and is a critical position responsible for the management of the council’s estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional estate management expertise.
- Manage and optimise the council’s estate portfolio, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
- Drive income generation strategies for the estate portfolio.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver excellent estate services.
- Support in managing and resolving estate-related issues efficiently.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience as an Estate Service Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of estate management, property laws, and relevant legislation.
- Ability to drive income generation and manage estates effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexible to travel as required.
