Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estate Service Manager. 
This is a hybrid role requiring travel and is a critical position responsible for the management of the council’s estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional estate management expertise.
  • Manage and optimise the council’s estate portfolio, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
  • Drive income generation strategies for the estate portfolio.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver excellent estate services.
  • Support in managing and resolving estate-related issues efficiently.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Estate Service Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of estate management, property laws, and relevant legislation.
  • Ability to drive income generation and manage estates effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexible to travel as required.
