Connect Appointments is working in partnership with a Fife based Estate, who are looking for a dedicated Estate Operations and Household Manager. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to live and work on a beautifully maintained private estate, supporting a dynamic family across both private and business life.

What's involved?

You'll be at the centre of estate life - managing the household, overseeing estate events, supporting the family's diary and travel, and ensuring every experience is delivered to the highest possible standard.

As an Estate Operations/Household Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the family - managing personal and business admin
  • Full diary management - meetings, travel arrangements, appointments
  • Overseeing day-to-day household operations - maintenance, budgets, supplier coordination
  • Leading and supporting household staff - including recruitment and training
  • Organising private dinners, lunches, and larger estate events
  • Supporting estate communications and digital marketing efforts
  • Maintaining an exceptional level of presentation across the estate

What we're looking for?

You'll be a confident, discreet professional with a background in high-end hospitality, private households, luxury events, or executive support. Someone who thrives in a hands-on role and takes pride in every detail.

As an Estate Operations/Household Manager, you'll need:

  • A degree-level education and 2+ years in a similar House Manager or PA role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and presentation
  • Confident IT and digital marketing skills
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
  • A full UK driving licence
