Job Description The interim ER Specialist will work closely with management teams to:Handle employee relations matters and provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.Provide commercial and common sense advice.Assist in performance and capability management.Work to reduce sickness absence across the business.Oversee and manage performance appraisal system.Assess training needs and monitor training programs.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. The Successful Applicant The successful ER Specialist should have:Proven experience of managing ER issues in a fast paced environment.Strong employment law knowledge.Excellent relationship building skills.Ability to provide commercial HR Advice.Experience of managing long term sickness cases.Able to start a new role on short notice.
