Are you passionate about sustainable waste management and ready to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for an experienced Environmental Waste Manager to join our dynamic facilities management team in Ipswich.
As the subject matter expert in Environmental Waste, you will work closely with our customers, supply chain partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant waste management solutions across the UK. You'll support our helpdesk team, manage supplier relationships, and lead continuous improvement in systems and compliance aligned with ISO14001 standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Liaise with customers, suppliers, and procurement to manage and improve waste services
• 
  Support helpdesk operations and handle service escalations
• 
  Embed sustainable process changes and ensure statutory compliance
• 
  Coach teams and promote best practices in environmental sustainability

About You:
You're a confident communicator with a Level 4 WAMITAB (or equivalent), experienced in brokerage waste services and leading fast-paced teams. You're organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with a genuine passion for sustainability.
