Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Operative, you will:
Assist with Road Maintenance Activities: Support the team in various road maintenance tasks, including surface repairs, signage, and other essential infrastructure work.
Carry out General Labouring Tasks: Perform general labouring duties, including cleaning work areas, assisting with the unloading of materials, and preparing equipment for use.
Support Installation and Repairs: Assist in the installation and maintenance of safety barriers, road signs, and other infrastructure, under the supervision of more experienced operatives.
