Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in English Language and Literature is essential.
* Experience teaching engaging and effective English lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 is highly desirable.
* A deep and current understanding of English literature and language, coupled with the ability to bring the subject to life, is expected.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside strong classroom management and the ability to foster a love of reading and writing, are vital.
