We are excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic English Lecturer to join a great team within an education setting . This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning to learners studying GCSE and A level.
Day-to-day of the role of an English Lecturer:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Assess student progress and provide support throughout their learning journey.
Act as a personal tutor, offering pastoral care and promoting attendance.
Support students in attaining suitable work placements.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development, and review activities within the Business & Professional Studies area.
Work closely with the Director of Learning and other team members to drive continuous improvement within the College.
