We are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team on a 44-floor building currently undergoing a major refurbishment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to take charge of a skilled team and work with state-of-the-art systems and technology.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and managing a team of 12 engineers across a large, multi-floor commercial building
*
Overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting ongoing refurbishment projects
*
Acting as the key on-site contact for the client, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
*
Supporting technical problem-solving and driving high standards across all M&E services
*
Reporting directly to management and collaborating with other departments
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven leadership experience in a building services/engineering environment
*
Strong technical knowledge – HV certification is desirable but not essential
*
Comfortable in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills
*
Computer literate and confident using building management systems and reporting tools
*
Highly motivated, hands-on, and capable of driving team performance
