Engineering Sales Team Manager

FINTEC recruit is supporting recruitment in seeking a Engineering Sales Team Manager , working for an international business. This is a permanent position with salary up to £65,000 based in South Derbyshire. You will have both sales and team leadership qualities from working within an engineering/rail/ manufacturing work environment. Monday to Thursday Friday 08.00am Finish time 16.30pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break). 08.00 am Finish time 1.30 pm (no lunch break)
Responsibilities:
Be the technical authority for customer projects, ensuring compliance
Leading the project sales engineering team, delivering technically sound solutions & be cost effective
Supervising technical proposal development & leading on department management activities, including budgets, resource & staff development
Engaging and building strong relationships with customers, providing solutions
Oversee project management functions, ensure adherence to safety, quality, delivery and cost
Supporting product and system improvements, including pre-studies and validation processes
Ensuring compliance in line with industry regulations and company policies.
Skills and Experience required for the Engineering Sales Team Manager role
MSc degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical engineering).
