Our leading food manufacturer with sites situated across the UK is looking for an Engineering / Maintenance Manager to join their an organisation which is in an exciting growth Stage.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:Motivate and develop team members through regular 1-to-1s and objective setting aligned with company and departmental strategies.
Staff Development:Ensure the team has the necessary resources and skills at all times.
Working alongside Engineering Project Manager and in some cases lead capex projects through to completion.
Deploy and develop the CMMS to ensure maximum system and staff utilisation.
Develop and review maintenance strategies to maximise asset availability and reduce Mean Time Between Failure
Prioritise and manage the engineering workload and delegate duties appropriately.
Ensure all plant, equipment, and systems comply with relevant legislation.
Responsible for management of the repairs and maintenance budget, you must implement cost-effective approaches to stock holding and parts usage.
