Our leading food manufacturer with sites situated across the UK is looking for an Engineering / Maintenance Manager to join their an organisation which is in an exciting growth Stage.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Motivate and develop team members through regular 1-to-1s and objective setting.
Staff Development and training
Working alongside Engineering Project Manager and in some cases lead capex projects through to completion.
CMMS Management:Deploy and develop the CMMS
Maintenance Strategy:Develop and review maintenance strategies to maximise asset availability and reduce Mean Time Between Failure.
Workload Management
Compliance
Responsible for management of the repairs and maintenance budget, you must implement cost-effective approaches to stock holding and parts usage.
