Support technical and compliance audits

*

Manage engineering budgets and contribute to cost-effective solutions

*

Create a safe and welcoming working environment for all staff

Previous experience in engineering leadership within food, FMCG, or manufacturing

*

Hands-on maintenance and repair experience with machinery

*

Strong knowledge of engineering systems and commissioning

*

Familiarity with compliance and H&S requirements in regulated environments

*

Experience managing PPMs and engineering teams

*

City & Guilds or HND in Engineering (Level 3+); Electrical installation certification desirable

Skills & Attributes:

Strong problem-solver with excellent project management skills

*

Excellent communicator, able to work across all departments

*

Computer literate and confident using digital maintenance logs/systems

*

Organised, reliable, and detail-focused

*

Able to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing demands

💼 What’s on Offer

*

Competitive salary (dependent on experience)

*

Monday - Friday, Flexible working shifts (40 hours per week)

*

Career growth within a purpose-driven, supportive technical team

*

Opportunity to make a lasting impact on engineering operations
