Engineering Manager

Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of an Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic engineering department, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specification. This is a senior leadership role that plays a key part in shaping engineering strategy, driving performance, and supporting business-wide initiatives.

What you'll do:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers

Deliver engineering projects that meet technical, schedule, and cost targets

Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement

Drive technical and engineering change initiatives

*

Support recruitment, training, and development of engineering staff

Contribute to the broader company strategy as part of the senior management team
