Job Description Job Title: Product Safety Engineer\n\nLocation: Coventry – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role. \n\nSalary: Competitive \n\nWhat you’ll be doing: \n\nSupport peer reviews, checking, verification and assurance tasks to demonstrate the adequacy and robustness of the Safety Case and supporting documentation \n\nAssist in the production and management of Project Safety Management Plans \n\nDevelop a clear understanding of the wider Safety Case, Quality and HS&E Management System\n\nAssist in the production, facilitation and recording of Product Safety hazard and risk identification, management and assessment activities \n\nAssist in the derivation and management of Product Safety requirements \n\nAssist in the production of training material to support training delivery\n\nYour skills and experiences: \n\nEssential:\n\nScience/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics (STEM) Degree or equivalent\n\nAwareness of the challenges posed by the environment that the product will be exposed to\n\nDesirable:\n\nAwareness of design, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning and testing submarines lifecycle phases \n\nAbility to interpret technical data\n\nBenefits: \n\nAs well as a competitive pensi...
