Job Description Role: Syndication Engagement Analyst

Your primary objective will be to support the execution of our engagement strategy with our third-party partners. A successful engagement analyst will collaborate across functions to support delivery of partner facing materials including reports, ways of working and process documentation, and product information while driving delivery of strategic internal programs and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute on solutions that meet clients’ needs and objectives
Facilitate team stand-ups to ensure momentum on in-progress workstreams
Analyse cross functional engagement touchpoints to identify optimisation opportunities and increase collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams and syndication partners to prepare reports to track progress across engagement focus areas
Perform data analysis to derive key insights from cross functional engagement initiatives
Liaise with internal teams on tooling and leverage and improve existing processes
Support Engagement Leads with tactical execution of responsibilities and provide burst capacity when necessary
