About the Role:
A leading global organisation is seeking an Energy & Sustainability Manager to join their team at a major site in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a facilities management professional with a passion for energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and sustainable practices within the built environment.

As the Energy & Sustainability Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the site's energy and environmental objectives, driving forward innovative strategies to reduce energy consumption, improve efficiency, and support long-term sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement energy and sustainability strategies in line with corporate goals

*

Monitor and analyse energy usage and environmental impact across the site

*

Identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements through energy-efficient technologies and behavioural change

*

Ensure compliance with relevant energy and environmental legislation and certifications

*

Collaborate with facilities, maintenance, and engineering teams to embed sustainable practices

*

Lead reporting efforts and contribute to internal and external audits

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience in energy or sustainability management within facilities or building services

*

Strong understanding of energy compliance, decarbonisation initiatives, and sustainable FM practices

*

Relevant qualifications (e.g. Energy Management, Environmental Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or similar)

*

Excellent analytical and communication skills

*

Knowledge of energy management systems, reporting platforms, and sustainability frameworks is desirable
