Electronics Group Lead

We're seeking an experienced and driven Electronics Group Leader to lead a high-performing team of electronics engineers. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on involvement in the design, development, and delivery of advanced electronic systems, particularly in high-integrity and defence-related environments. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of electronics engineers, creating an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Provide technical leadership and support, particularly in complex problem-solving and decision-making.

Manage the design, development, and testing of electronic systems and components, ensuring timely delivery within budget and aligned with project lifecycles.

Define and allocate work packages, manage resources, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
