We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Electronics and Electrical Engineering to join our Construction Crafts & Engineering department. This role is ideal for a professional who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment that supports student development and progression.
Day-to-day of the role: Plan and deliver high-quality teaching across a range of courses within the curriculum area, both vocational and non-vocational.
Implement and manage assessment procedures in line with College policies and the requirements of awarding bodies, including participation in internal and external verification and moderation.
Serve as a group and personal tutor, delivering the required tutorial programme, providing guidance, and setting personal and academic SMART targets for students.
Maintain accurate course and learner records, track and monitor learner performance, and provide necessary data and statistical returns using student record information systems.
