Electrician

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties across Middlesbrough and surrounding areas. This is a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent, with a van and fuel card provided. This role consists of remedial work within tenanted properties. The Electrician will receive: Hourly rate £25 - £27
Van and fuel card provided
Temporary to permanent opportunity
Opportunity for call outs and development
The Electrician successful will be expected to complete: Remedial work in social housing properties across Middlesbrough and surrounding
Work in void properties
Extractor fans, lighting, sockets & test and inspection
Call out rota (standby rate and pay per job)
We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
18th edition, 2391 & AM2
Social housing experience
