We are currently seeking a qualified Electrical Tester for an upcoming commercial project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical testing, inspection, and commissioning in commercial settings, and will be responsible for ensuring all electrical installations meet industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing and inspection of electrical systems on-site, including distribution boards, circuits, containment, and final fix.
*
Carry out insulation resistance, continuity, RCD, and functional testing.
*
Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health and safety guidelines.
*
Accurately complete test sheets and documentation.
*
Identify faults and recommend corrective action.
*
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and electricians to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
*
Gold ECS card
*
City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (or equivalent) in Inspection & Testing.
*
18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification.
*
Proven experience as an electrical tester on commercial sites.
*
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
