Electrical Technician

Role – Electrical Technician

Salary – up to 40k for the right candidate, plus fantastic benefits

Location –Runcorn

Main responsibilities:

• Manufacture control panel in accordance with manufacturing drawings.


• Installing electrical equipment and instrumentation within the Hosokawa manufactured equipment and wiring back to Main control panels / Junction Boxes


• Testing of the Completed electrical Installation prior to in house function testing


• Finding and rectifying Faults on manufactured plant Equipment. 


• Planned and Reactive Building Maintenance

The right candidate must have experience in the following:

• We are looking for an Apprentice trained technician – who holds a Formal Qualification in Electrical engineering.


• Have 17th/ 18th Edition Qualification.


• City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 or 2 or NVQ Level 3 Equivalent.


• Inspection and testing City & Guilds 2391, 2391-52 or equivalent preferred.


• Suitable candidate must have own tools.


• Previous experience within a Manufacturing environment. Advantageous. 


• Strong Fault-finding abilities with PLC’s Inverters, Motors, an advantage.
