Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Location: Durham & Newcastle
Role: Mobile

Looking for a new challenge in Electrical Maintenance?
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician you will be working across the Durham/Newcastle region to perform the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fire alarm systems across Estate. The position is a mobile role with the requirement to travel to client sites therefore, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
Main Duties:
* Undertake the installation of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
* Undertake the maintenance of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
* Identify any risks and report to client
* Work on the improvement and implementation of PPM program
* Liaise with Client on-site teams regarding on building service related issues
* Completion of required documentation as specified
* Attend Site Meetings and Training when required
* Follow Health and Safety guidelines and report accordingly
* Co-operate with other disciplines for the provision of multi- discipline services where required
What We Are Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2356 Part 1 & 2,
* City & Guilds 2357
* BS 7671 Electrical Regulations 18th Edition or 17th Edition
* City & Guilds 2391-52 Electrical inspection and Testing is desirable
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
