Electrical Team Leader

Infinity Employment are seeking an Electrical Team Leader to work within a technical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of electrical assemblers and will also be involved in assembling electrical components and systems in accordance with engineering schematics and diagrams. Permanent position for the right candidate. £27,000 - £30,000 per year depending on experience.

Duties:

- Lead a small team with effective communication and a positive manner

- Understand electrical processes to oversee and control

- Problem solving to identify and manage technical issues

- Assembling electrical components using hand tools and power tools

- Read and interpret engineering schematics and diagrams

- Utilise surface mount technology to assemble electronic circuits

- Apply mechanical knowledge to assist in the assembly process

- Work with logic controllers to ensure proper functioning of electrical systems

Requirements:

- Proven leadership qualities

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly work

- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components

- Mechanical knowledge to support assembly tasks

- Familiarity with surface mount technology for electronic circuit assembly

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet production deadlines
