Electrical Supervisor Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage both team performance and administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: As an Electrical Supervisor, you will lead and supervise a small team of electricians and electrical workers, ensuring projects are completed on time, to the required standards, and within safety regulations.
* Project Management: Oversee day-to-day electrical operations on the project, including the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
* Compliance and Safety: The Electrical Supervisor will ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.
* Paperwork & Documentation: The Electrical Supervisor will maintain accurate records of work completed, including daily reports, timesheets, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
* Quality Control: Monitor the quality of electrical installations and repairs to ensure they meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
* Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical works with broader project activities.
