ITS Construction is working in partnership with a highly respected international Principal Contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor for Night Shifts on a major Energy Recovery Facility project based in Chester. Role Overview
As the Night Shift Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee all nighttime electrical activities on site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to high standards of quality and compliance. Your duties will include:

Supervising and coordinating electrical teams during night shifts
*
Managing subcontractors and liaising with the day team and Principal Contractor
*
Ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and all applicable safety standards
*
Conducting and overseeing nighttime quality inspections
*
Maintaining accurate site documentation and logs
*
Addressing and resolving electrical issues that arise overnight
*
Monitoring and managing resources and materials
*
Supporting and mentoring electricians working night shifts
Shift Pattern
*
Night Shifts: 10-hour shifts
*
12 days on, 2 days off
*
Must be available to work every other weekend
*
Fully site-based role
Requirements
*
Gold ECS Supervisor Card
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
*
City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (Testing & Inspection)
*
SSSTS or SMSTS certification
*
Proven supervisory experience on large-scale, live construction sites
*
Experience working under a Principal Contractor
*
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and site safety
*
Must be based locally or within commuting distance of Cheshire
