Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Project Manager will lead the electrical elements of construction projects from design and procurement through to commissioning and handover.

Electrical Project Manager will manage subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure effective project delivery.

Electrical Project Manager will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider project team to track progress and resolve technical or coordination issues.

Electrical Project Manager will ensure all works are carried out in accordance with current regulations and health & safety requirements.

Electrical Project Manager will provide input into planning, resourcing, cost control, and reporting.
Candidate Requirements:

Electrical Project Manager will have previous experience as an Electrical or M&E Project Manager on major construction or fit-out projects, ideally valued between £3M and £5M+.

Electrical Project Manager will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering and building services.

Electrical Project Manager will have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
