** Electrical Project Engineer **
Rate: £40.00 - £45.00p/h gross DOE
3-6-month contract – outside IR35
Northwest / Cheshire / Merseyside

Our client:
Our client is a leading UK Engineering, projects, and installations company, managing large EPC projects for major blue chip FMCG manufacturers UK wide. They are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer, for an initial 3–6-month contract, with the likelihood of extension.
Due to an increase in projects, they are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join their team on a contract/interim basis to assist on a key project.
For the position of Electrical Project Engineer, you will require to conduct the following daily duties:
Development of project from initial design phase, through to commission and hand over
Assessing all electrical and controls existing site systems and set-up
Site surveying of conveyors and process machinery etc
Working and reviewing PLCs, control panels, LV power distribution in a food manufacturing facility
Reviewing documentation and defining requirements
Work on multiple small projects at any one time
Report into Lead Project Manager
The successful Electrical Project Engineer will need to have the following attributes:
Apprentice trained ideally to NVQ L3/HNC Electrical Engineering
In-depth Food Industry projects & site experience
A strong communicator, organised, flexible mindset, strive for excellence
Commutable to Cheshire / Merseyside area
Working on site 5 days a week – part of the team
