Electrical Maintenance Technician – Day Shift
Location: Essex – Commutable from Ipswich, Chelmsford and Clacton-On-Sea Shift: Day Shift | Full-Time Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our clients growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our client’s company.
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician , your role will include:
Performing routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems and equipment
Responding promptly to plant breakdowns to minimize downtime
Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults effectively
Installing, maintaining, and repairing 3-phase motors, PLCs, VFDs, and other systems
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
Documenting maintenance and repair activities accurately
Collaborating with other departments to support overall operations
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability
Taking part in the call-out rota as required
