The Role:

Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance

*

Ensuring building systems operate efficiently and safely

*

Supporting mechanical and fabric maintenance as needed

*

Participating in a 1-in-4 call-out rota (with £100 standby payment)

*

Opportunity for overtime paid at:

*

x1.5 (Mon-Sat)

*

x2 (Sun & Bank Holidays)

Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent

*

18th Edition (essential)

*

Experience in commercial building maintenance

*

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

*

Good communication and proactive attitude
