* Manage commissioning processes, including test pack preparation, functional testing, and system handovers.

* Maintain accurate records including daily logs, installation trackers, and compliance documentation.

* Identify and resolve site-based electrical issues, escalating where necessary to avoid programme delays.

* Promote a strong safety culture by participating in inspections, audits, and behavioural safety initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

* Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering (BEng/MEng, HNC/HND).

* 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role within the M&E or construction sector.

* Previous experience on pharmaceutical, biotech, data centre, or similarly regulated industrial projects preferred.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, containment, and commissioning processes.

* Confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in MS Office; experience with drawing review platforms (e.g., Bluebeam, Navisworks) is a plus.

* Eligibility to work in the UK and availability for full-time site-based work in the London area.

What’s on Offer:

* £65K – £70K per annum (depending on experience)

* Long-term career progression on technically advanced, large-scale infrastructure projects.

* A collaborative and supportive project team environment.

* The opportunity to contribute to essential healthcare infrastructure using cutting-edge technologies
