Jackson Hogg is delighted to be working with a global manufacturer and designer of modular units for commercial and domestic buildings. This client is expanding their electrical team and looking to bring an experienced electrical design engineer to join a sustainable and progressive team.

This is a permanent role based in the North East, with flexible working hours.

Electrical Design Engineer Key Responsibilities:

* To provide electrical design support to sales and our production, and project engineering functions.

* Support product development and design both in manufacture and at interface with our sales and marketing functions.

* Support production process and facility development using Grundfos Production System

* Provide accurate and timely cost estimates to internal and external customers for control panels, electrical installations and systems

* Support the mechanical CAD team to produce detailed production models

* Provide technical support to production during build and test

* Provide technical support during customer FAT testing

Electrical Design Engineer Key Requirements:

* Experience in schematic design and control panel layouts.

* Able to read and follow circuit drawings and ideally have experience of control panel production.
