With a close-knit team of 5 and ambitious growth plans to double in size by 2026, they are seeking a driven Senior Electrical Design Engineer to play a key role in their next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the electrical design process across multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion
* Produce high-quality electrical design specifications, drawings, and schedules
* Undertake site inspections, surveys, and attend client and design team meetings
* Manage junior engineers and provide mentorship where required
* Coordinate with mechanical and other design disciplines to deliver integrated MEP solutions
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
* Contribute to internal process improvements and support the business in achieving its strategic growth targets
Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 years’ experience in building services electrical design
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, British Standards, and CIBSE guidelines
* Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, and Amtech
* Excellent communication and project coordination skills
* Experience working on projects in the commercial, residential and/or heritage sectors
* Degree-qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
* Chartered or working toward chartership (e.g., CEng, MIET or MCIBSE) desirable
