Siamo Recruitment have collaborated with one of the UK’s leading electronic manufacturers based within Cirencester, Gloucestershire. With turnaround times rapidly advancing, they are seeking a technically skilled electrical assembler to join their team!
As an electrical assembler you will ensure that assemblies are functional, precise and play a vital role in bringing innovative electronic products into the market.
You'll work hands-on to wire, build, and test components using technical drawings and schematics, contributing directly to the company's reputation for excellence.
Salary: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 07:30am-16:00pm & Friday: 07:30am-12:00pm.

This Electrical Assembler role will have the following responsibilities:
Soldering, crimping and other techniques to ensure secure and conductive connections.
Following Safety procedures to adhere to company safety standards and electrical codes (OSHA, NEC). Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Quality control and testing assemblies to ensure continuity, insulation resistance and correct operation is occurring.
Component installation of switches, relays. Circuit breakers, transformers and connectors.
Wiring and assembly of electrical wires, cable and harnesses according to specifications.
Documenting and recording assembly data, test results, and maintain detailed production records.
The ideal candidate for this role would have the skillset below:
Previous exposure within electrical assembly is essential.
Knowledge of health & safety, and electrical standards.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
Manual soldering skills.
Strong fine motor skills providing accuracy and endurance.
Commutable from: Swindon, Malmesbury, Royal Wootton Bassett, South Cerney, Cirencester, Stroud and surrounding areas.
