About the Role:

As our Educational Psychologist, you will play a critical role in understanding and addressing the complex needs of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting specialist psychological assessments to gain a deep understanding of students' cognitive, learning, social, emotional, and behavioural profiles, considering their individual histories and experiences.
Developing and implementing tailored intervention strategies to address identified needs, promote positive behaviour change, and enhance emotional well-being. This may involve individual therapy, group work, and the development of bespoke support plans.
Providing expert consultation and training to staff on understanding complex needs, managing challenging behaviour in a trauma-informed way, and creating a psychologically informed environment.
