We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Worker to join our team at our independent special needs school on the Wirral. About the School:
This small provision caters for young people aged 11-14 who have experienced challenges in their education and need support to reengage with learning while rebuilding their confidence and self-esteem. The school focuses on helping students develop coping strategies, emotional understanding, and resilience through a multi-agency approach and tailored therapy.
With a capacity for 32 students (currently 12 on roll), the school provides a bespoke learning experience with small class sizes of 3-5 pupils and a high staff-to-student ratio. This ensures each student receives the individualized attention they need.
The school also offers a range of enriching activities, including horse riding, team-building, and vocational qualifications in its beauty and hairdressing facilities, supporting students to access life skills and qualifications alongside their academic development.
