Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
Previous experience in Early Years education is highly desirable
Hybrid working model
What’s in it for you

A chance to genuinely influence quality and learner outcomes in a respected, rapidly growing organisation
Salary between £45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Hybrid working (1-2 days from home each week)
Early finish on Fridays
Two seasonal company parties per year
Working within a collaborative and supportive team environment
