NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the South West for an experienced social worker to join their Emergency Duty Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work & will be interested in joining this well ran Emergency Duty Team.

This position offers hybrid working options, allowing you to manage your own caseload & diary and maximise the time spent in the comfort of your own home, meaning you will create a fantastic work life balance.

Key responsibilities of this role include;

• Contribute to the provision of social work which enables people to remain independent, safe and well at home.
• Provide effective social work which reconnects people to natural networks of support through creative support planning.
• Operate a social work service within Departmental Policy, practice and procedures.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
• A drivers license
• An up to date DBS check
• Experience working within an EDT team is preferable
