Job Description We’re looking for an ECommerce / Web Merchandiser to enhance our e-commerce strategy and ensure seamless product presentation across Salesforce Commerce Cloud.\nIn this role, you’ll focus on optimising product content, category management, and promotions to drive engagement and conversion.\nKey Responsibilities:\n ✅ Maintain and optimise the online product catalogue (descriptions, images, metadata)\n✅ Enhance category pages for usability, search visibility, and conversion rates\n✅ Develop and schedule promotional banners, landing pages, and content updates\n✅ Monitor product performance, making data-driven merchandising adjustments\n✅ Utilise Google Analytics and other tools to track trends and optimise site performance\n✅ Implement basic HTML & CSS edits for minor layout improvements\n✅ Ensure SEO best practices across on-site content\n✅ Perform quality assurance checks to maintain consistency across devices\n✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies\nThe Ideal Candidate:\nTechnical Skills & Experience\n✔ 1+ years experience in e-commerce / digital merchandising\n✔ Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Business Manager tools ( preferred)\n✔ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO\n✔ Experience with Google Analytics or ...
