Job Description An exciting and well-established DTC brand is looking for a commercially-minded and data-driven eCommerce Manager to join their growing team. You’ll play a key role in owning retention, driving performance marketing initiatives and managing the day-to-day eCommerce operations, from merchandising to experimentation and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing: Own email/SMS marketing strategy and execution, managing campaigns, automated flows and newsletters. Use CRM tools like Klaviyo to drive customer retention, LTV and engagement.
Performance Marketing Support: Collaborate with paid media teams and agencies to optimise digital campaigns and feed insights back into the customer journey.
CRO & Testing: Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests across the site and customer touchpoints to optimise conversion and drive continuous improvement.
BAU & Merchandising: Oversee the day-to-day eComm operations, including site merchandising, new product drops and content updates.
Analytics & Insights: Track KPIs, report on performance and translate data into actionable insights. Quantify success across campaigns and initiatives.
