Ecommerce Executive - £35-£45k + Bonus – Office based Lincoln + 1 or 2 days a week from home.

The Role

We’re on the lookout for an E-commerce and Paid Media Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll drive the performance of our online platforms, ensuring our e-commerce and paid media strategies align with our brand vision. You’ll be responsible for optimising digital channels, enhancing user experience, and managing paid advertising campaigns to maximise growth. Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Website Management

* Manage and update website content, ensuring consistency and accuracy with brand guidelines.

* Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery to enhance customer experience.

* Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate third-party integrations.

* Work alongside the wider marketing team to implement UX and CRO improvements.

* Support the setup and onboarding of trade accounts for B2B/B2C customers.

SEO & Performance Optimisation

* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve search rankings.

* Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.

* Regularly monitor SEO performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Paid Media Execution & Management

* Develop and execute high-performing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads. Ecommerce Marketing Executive.

* Continuously optimise paid campaigns through bid adjustments, audience targeting, and creative testing.

* Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversions.

* Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and copy to refine performance.

* Leverage first-party data, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation for maximum impact. Ecommerce Marketing Executive

* Stay up to date with competitor activity, market trends, and industry best practices.

Data Analysis & Reporting

* Analyse key performance metrics across e-commerce and paid media channels.

* Generate insightful reports and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

* Work closely with the content and creative teams to refine messaging based on performance data.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in e-commerce (Shopify), digital marketing, or a related field.

* Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimisation.

* Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.

* Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.

* Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
