Are you a qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant with a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)? Do you have a passion for supporting young learners in their crucial early development? Reeson Education is offering an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Waltham Forest.

This is a full-time role within a Nursery or Reception class, providing the perfect opportunity for an early years professional to make a real impact in a nurturing and structured setting.


The Role:



  • Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant.
  • Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Location: Waltham Forest, East London.
  • Start Date: Immediate.
  • Contract: Full-time, term-time only.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and EYFS staff, supporting children's learning, play, and social development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering engaging and creative EYFS activities, supporting the Early Years curriculum.<#####

  • Prov#####a nurturing and stimulating environment, ensuring all childr#####eel safe, confident, and valued<#####ong>.
    • <#####ata-start="1556" data-end="1636">Support ch#####en with phonics, early numeracy, and language developme#####strong>.daily routines, including snack times, outdoor play, and structured lea#####g sessions.#####>
  • Work closely with parents and staff to provide feedback on children#####rogress.
