Who are you?

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (for children aged 3-5).
• Kind, compassionate, and empathetic approach.
• Have experience working in anEarly Years environment.
• Understand how young children learn and develop.
• Can work effectively with colleagues, parents, and professionals.
• Have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Framework.
• Hold Paediatric First Aid training (desirable)
• Valid driving licence (desirable)

What are your responsibilities?

• Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Promote children’s independence, confidence, and curiosity through play-based learning.
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold the Early Years Framework.
