Randstad Education is partnering with a leading nursery to find dedicated and compassionate Early Years Practitioners to join their team in East Grinstead.
About the Role:

  • Full-time, term-time only
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Make a Difference: Contribute to a joyful, nurturing, and safe learning environment for young children.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside experienced staff to deliver high-quality education and care, aligning with the Early Years Framework and values.
  • Support Families: Direct families to the charity's other programs like parenting assistance and counselling.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences and activities to meet individual needs.
  • Create a positive and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth and development.
  • Implement safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members.


Your Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childhood Studies (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Professional experience working with children and families.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and SEND requirements.
  • A passion for creating a nurturing and enriching learning environment for young children.
