Great opportunity to work as a Driver Trainer and Compliance Officer for our client, a leading logistics group operating within the UK transport, warehouse, and fulfilment sector.

Staffline is looking for an experienced and qualified Driver Trainer and Compliance Officer to work in Norfolk.
The rate of pay is £40,000 per annum.
This is a full-time role working fixed-day shifts. The hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm
Your Time at Work
As a Driver Trainer and Compliance Officer, you will be working in accordance with the company values of Safe, Talented, Attentive, and Reliable. Your duties include:
- Providing support and advice to all employees, including drivers, on compliance and Health and Safety
- Monitoring and assisting all employees to have the ability to complete their daily tasks.
- Delivering the CPC training and maintaining accurate records to ensure all the required hours are completed prior to expiry dates - induct and train all new employees during the onboarding process.
- Being able to fully utilise the telematics system to monitor driver behaviours and safe driving, and review and implement all training requirements for both operationa...
