A secondary school in South Birmingham is looking to appoint a Drama Teacher on a full-time or part-time basis , with flexibility on working days for the right candidate. The school has a strong focus on the performing arts and is looking for someone who can teach engaging drama lessons and actively support extracurricular drama activities across the academic year.
About the Role: Teaching Drama to KS3 and KS4 students.

Delivering lessons focused on performance, devising, character work, and script analysis.

Supporting students in developing confidence, creativity, and communication skills.

Planning and assessing work in line with curriculum expectations.

Taking a lead or active role in extracurricular activities , such as:
School productions or showcases (termly and annual events).

Drama clubs or lunchtime workshops.

Theatre visits and enrichment trips.

Supporting students preparing for exams or auditions.
