The Headteacher is keen to interview experienced Drama Teachers and ambitious Drama ECTs as soon as possible, in order to find the right candidate for the position. • Drama Teacher / Drama ECT
• Teaching students throughout KS3, KS4 and KS5
• Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
• Working as part of a fantastic team of Drama Teachers / Drama ECTs
• MPS1 - UPS3 - (�34,514 - �51,179 + TLRs available)
• Bonus paid on top of base salary
• TLR Opportunities: Key Stage Co-ordinator, Subject Lead, Pastoral Responsibilities
• Located in the Borough of Redbridge

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of getting
• Strong academics across the board
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' level
• You must be willing to listen to feedback and work as part of a team
