Salary: £60,000- £65000 + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Director  to lead growth initiatives, drive revenue, and build long-term client relationships. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, shaping business strategy, and leading high-value commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
Line manage the Business Development Team.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities across key sectors and markets.
Lead on high-value sales pitches, proposals, and negotiations with C-suite stakeholders
Build and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine the go-to-market approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, quality, operations) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
