Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Role Responsibilities:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across website, content, email, and social channels (with a strong B2B focus on LinkedIn).
Website Management & SEO:
* Oversee website performance, user experience, and SEO improvements
* Create and optimise landing pages and gated content for lead generation
* Use A/B testing and analytics to boost conversion rates
Campaign & Social Media Management:
* Plan and deliver LinkedIn campaigns to drive B2B engagement and brand visibility
* Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, posting regularly and tracking performance
* Create engaging content for social and digital channels
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:
* Develop and execute segmented email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot
* Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and improve campaign performance
* Support sales teams by aligning digital touchpoints with the buyer journey
Content & Communications:
* Produce content such as blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, and newsletters
* Ensure all external communications align with brand messaging and tone
* Collaborate across teams to deliver relevant, engaging, and informative content
Analytics & Reporting:
* Track performance across all digital channels using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Insights
* Provide regular reports and insights to inform marketing strategy and ROI
About You:
* 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B, tech, or sustainability-focused environment
* Strong understanding of SEO, website UX, and content strategy
* Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other digital campaigns
* Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
* Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Passionate about sustainability and digital innovation
