About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading sporting organisation, based in Birmingham. With a salary of £35,000 and excellent benefits, you will play a key role in promoting the organisation’s services, products, and brand through various digital marketing channels. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility with three days of remote working and two days in the office. The organisation is known for its strong community and the opportunity to make a real impact in the sporting world.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid search.
• Manage and monitor campaign budgets, identifying areas for growth and product promotion.
• Analyse key metrics and prepare reports, offering insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
• Enhance customer journeys by understanding touchpoints and improving user experience.
• Collaborate with external teams to deliver marketing campaigns within agreed time and budget constraints.

What Experience is Required:

• Proven experience in digital marketing within the sporting industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
